Cyndan's Safety Data Sheets are formatted in accordance with Worksafe Australia guidelines. In order to provide a non biased view, we have taken the option of having our Safety Data Sheets prepared by Kilford & Kilford, Consultants to our Company.

In addition, may I highlight the fact that the Safety Data Sheets are prepared for the products as concentrates. Most of the products that we sell are dilutable with water and it should be noted that the health hazard data and personal protection measures are prepared to cover the products in their concentrated form.

In addition, I would like to bring to your attention the first section on Page 3 under the heading of "Exposure Standards". The T.W.A, or Time Weighted Average, for the concentrate has been calculated on the basis of an operator using the product continually within an 8 hour working day.
