Replacement / Return Authorisation Request

Please note that, as a general rule, returns on chemical sales are only accepted by Cyndan within 14 days from the purchase date. Returns on equipment items vary on a case by case basis up to a maximum period of 12 months.

Any consumer seeking a refund requires proof of purchase. The best evidence is a receipt or tax invoice; however, a receipt number or credit card statement may be sufficient.

Before returning goods to Cyndan, you must complete this form.

Photographs are to be uploaded via the form if you feel that the goods do not meet specification.

A Cyndan representative will contact you regarding your return request and provide you with a Return Authorisation document. This document must be included with the returned goods.

Cyndan reserves the right to withhold part or all monies received if a customer is unable to validly demonstrate how the product does not meet its specified use.
