Replacement / Return Authorisation Request
Please note that, as a general rule, returns on chemical sales are only accepted by Cyndan within 14 days from the purchase date. Returns on equipment items vary on a case by case basis up to a maximum period of 12months.
Any consumer seeking a refund requires proof of purchase. The best proof of purchase is a receipt or tax invoice, however other examples are:
- a confirmation or receipt number provided for a telephone or internet transaction
- a credit card or debit card statement
Cyndan must first receive a return request including photographs (to be attached through the form below) if the customer is citing the goods do not meet specification, and approve of the goods being returned before customers incur the expense of freighting return products as Cyndan’s decision with regards the return may influence whether the customer wishes to retain or return the goods.
Cyndan also reserves the right to withhold part or all monies received if a customer is unable to validly demonstrate how the product does not meet its specified use as it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they research the products in advance of purchasing them and seek quotations from Cyndan or one of its qualified Sales Representatives if uncertain on which product best meets their requirements.
